Location & premium sea view room was excellent and every staff member we can across was very friendly and couldn’t do enough. Excellent security personnel on duty day and night and all so nice and friendly. Definitely be returning.

Lorenzo the host was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He always responded to whatsApps promptly. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and the decor was modern. The complex itself was older and had a lovely pool area with a bar. The apartment was well located in a area about 10minute walk from the Golden mile and yet it had plenty of bars, shops and restaurants at its doorstep. Also the 40 bus which does airport transfers stops and picks up right at the complex.

The apartment was clean and comfortable but the Ponderosa Hotel was disappointing. The reception area and some of the apartments were being renovated you had construction workers hammered and drilling all day lots of noise. You could not relax and chill out at the pool.

Everyhing was exactly as depicted. Very nice apartment in a secure development. A decent pool with sun loungers and parasols. The beach is even closer than we had realised - literally just a 5 minute walk away. There's a shop (SPAR) about 2 minutes down the road. To top it all off our hosts were very friendly and easy going. Our flight was delayed and so was the car rental after that, but they were happy to accommodate our late checkin. Thank you Stefania and Miguel for making us feel so welcome!
