Great location. Walking distance to shopping center, ocean, restaurants and The Lanes. Hotel was clean, room spacious, kitchen well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have rated higher had it not been for the street and trash pick up very loud noise on a daily basis.

The location was great only a 20min walk to the pier and lanes. The parking space was handy. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and a lovely view of the sea in several rooms. Big windows and space. Owner was great with communication and thoughtful with restaurant recommendations etc.

No hassle dealing with the owner. The keys are in a lock box, the flat is on the first floor. The owner does offer a private parking for a £15 per night charge. Great location, great property!
