The host’s communication and flexibility - he messaged shortly after I booked it, and he remained responsive right up until I vacated the property. The flat is pristine, with everything you’d need and more. Cannot fault it, would book again next time I’m in the Ayr area.

I was there with my husband David. We loved our stay at the hotel although it was far too short. We were very pleased with our room with a sea view and enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. There was a nice convivial atmosphere and the staff were helpful and friendly. We have stayed in Largs before so we didn't visit any beaches. We drove to the Largs Marina and along the coast to look at the views..

    Great location on the beach. Convenient to get to by car with on site parking. Room was very large and spacious overlooking the sea. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and nice.

    The location was perfect for the beginning of our island hopping holiday - only 5 minutes from the ferry terminal to Arran (we had a lovely day trip here) and only 20 miles from Largs for the ferries to Great Cumbrae & Bute. The apartment was right on the seafront with direct views out across South Beach bay from the living room & kitchen. The whole apartment was well appointed, furnished and decorated. Private parking area right within 5m of the front door to the apartment building.

    The staff were exceptional and very helpful and welcoming, the included breakfast was also fantastic. The sea views were beautiful and the location is very well placed with the train station just feet away as well as practically being right on the beach front.

    The appartment was just perfect !! Confy & spacious. The kitchen had all that we needed for preparing dinner. We had a lovely choice for breakfast. Perfect location by the beach and lovely views. I would strongly recommend it.
