This guest house is perfectly situated for a visit to St Ives. We were received with such friendly hospitality that we felt so welcome. Pat took us to our room even though we were earlier than we said we would be. The room had a fantastic view and we were comfortable in every way. Having tea in the Royal Albert cups was the perfect way to celebrate the end of this leg of our hike. Pat kindly gave us restaurants options for dinner as well as for breakfast the next morning. This is a perfect place to stay if you are walking the Southwest Coastal path.

The view from the room as well as the restaurant is amazing! I could look at it all day. The room was clean and the decor looked new, a comfortable bed—a very nice bathroom and shower. Great facilities, more than the basic. A delicious breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a beautiful location right on the beach. Highly recommended.

Stunning cottage, practically right on the beach! Was exceptionally clean, however a few things needed a bit of maintenance (looked like it had been rushed and then left) but honestly can't complain. Had a lovely welcome bag with tonnes of really helpful and friendly information. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing breakfast spread and your choice of hot food, you also have sea views while eating. The bed was massive and so so comfy. The location is right on the beach and there’s a bus stop if you’re not good with hills/ walking too far.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s right on the beach, perfect location, so homely and beautiful decor. The staff were so attentive & they couldn’t do enough for you. They gave us some brilliant recommendations for whilst we were there. Also breakfast is included which was absolutely delicious, loads of choice off the menu & freshly baked croissants every morning. It was that lovely I’ve booked for next year before we even left.

The apartment itself was well equipped and comfortable, it was a Quality living environment in perfect location to beaches art galleries, cafes and local shops. The convenience of location meant we could do a quick wardrobe change/ shower from beach to shops or restaurants and make whimful decisions to take in the sunset over the beach after dinner and a movie.

Excellent location to reach all the beaches and town without using a car. Good location for parking on island carpark and with a rover pass worked out much cheaper for a week with the added bonus of being able to use most long stay carparks throughout Cornwall. Lovely feel about the cottage and good space for 4 adults and 2 children, nice seaside decor throughout the cottage.
