We had a fantastic time and would go back anytime. The hotel is very calm and quiet, leaving the windows open and listening to the sea was the best noise to fall asleep to. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel restaurant is excellent, staff is friendly and respectful, and the fact that the hotel has an own beach is a huge plus. We also liked the location - only 15 mins of drive to Herakleion, yet it was at the very edge of the city, making it super calm.

It was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and each time their staff, services, amenities and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Each staff member has meticulous attention to detail to anything they do, which made our stay so special snd unforgettable. The staff was excellent. 10/10 for each n every staff member from reception to restaurant to concierge. Food was on point. We had booked half board. Buffet meals had enough n more variety so did not get repetitive. There were also 2 other ala carte options available, of which we tried the one next to the reception and it was excellent.
