I spent three days looking for a place to meet my criteria: very close to nature, beautiful beaches, isolated, quiet, no parties, no children, and good rating. And I found Dryft Darocotan. Even if I don't get to see any more of the Philippines, I would feel that I saw the best of it. The beaches are white and pink. Every sunset is different. At night you can just sit and look at the stars. During day time, you can swim, paddle board, snorkel near the ship wreck, see colorful fish or spend time at the restaurant. I loved all the healthy and delicious options on the menu - even though I'm not vegetarian, I was happy to see that they had one or two vegetarian / vegan options for every meal. I chose a Hive Hut, which was very spacious and clean. Also I was surprised that insects didn't bother us at all. There were just tons of butterflies and little hermit crabs who were busy doing their things. The best part of this experience were the people working at Dryft - as helpful and friendly as all the Filipinos I've met. Thank you so much for being so kind and welcoming, Dryft crew!

Pros: - The best thing is diving center with Jimbo as the dive master. My husband was the only one who was diving so we had private dives with Jimbo two days in the row. Jimbo is the best asset that this resort has and if you want to dive in Philippines, make sure to do it here with Jimbo. He made this experience the best that it would be. He was carrying and always smiling, super positive person that was the best underwater guide that you could imagine. Thank you once again for making this stay so special to us. - beautiful location with amazing views - you can do all the activities before the places got crowded which is a great experience

In giving this review we must take into account it is off-grid and remote. But, with that in mind, the entire experience was exemplary! Beautiful location, the bungalow was new and clean, the food was fantastic, prepared and presented with care and love. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The chickens, goat, and dogs were a nice touch too!

Duli Beach Resort is located on the beachfront in El Nido, 1.4 miles from Bucana Beach. The inn has a terrace and sea views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar.

The location is gorgeous, tucked away at the end of the beach in a quiet location with a gorgeous bay view. The owners are a lovely couple who have poured their heart and soul into making and sharing this special location. We didn't expect this last stop of on our journey to be our favourite. Gorgeous little cottages that have been thoughtfully constructed to the finest details in the bathroom and amazing use of sail material for the walls. A great team including the surf teachers who are on site. In our five stays on the island, this location, hotel and team were hands-down our favourite. Keep up the great work guys, you have made something special that we already miss!

The island is amazing, turquoise water, white sand. The snorkeling is great at the wreck ship. This island was absolute paradise. The food was incredible every single day, fresh and full of flavor. Snorkeling was unforgettable with crystal-clear turquoise waters and vibrant marine life. The white sand beaches were peaceful and picture-perfect — I didn’t want to leave

Beautiful property just outside of El Nido town. Great views from pools, restaurant, and bungalows. Tuk tuk to town is easy and available anytime. Food at restaurant for breakfast is great, many Filipino and western options. Dinner at sunset is perfect location, could use music in the restaurant during dinner though for ambiance as you just hear kitchen.

The location is absolutely fabulous! The staff is wonderful. Overall, a very nicely run property. I would come back and I highly recommend.

We were so pleased by how comfortable the bed was! After a long day of travel, it was much appreciated. The insulation in our room was exceptional - the a/c ran all night, but each morning, we turned it off because the room remained very cool and comfortable throughout the day with just a floor fan. The owners were very kind as well, offering me a free pot of tea and honey after I cam down with a cold. This place is a little gem in El Nido!
