Very well organized neat and clean. Good facilities. The indoor pool experience was great. Very open and welcoming community. Loved the backyard views of the river banks and the sea far away.

Offering a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of the ocean, Terrace by the Sea is located in Ogunquit, Maine, 2953 feet from Ogunquit Beach District.

We were able to change from first floor room to second floor, which is what we wanted. We liked the assigned parking spot. The lawn area with chairs was perfect to soak in the sun and the view. The breakfast was REALLY GOOD! It was a continental style but had a great assortment of items and fruit! Marginal Way Walk was beautiful.

Walkable to beach and shops. Have coffee for room (but you have to ask). Rooms were good sized and clean.

Wonderful staff. Very comfortable with lots of extra kitchen items we appreciate but you cannot beat the view. We've been there twice now and both times caught an AMAZING sunrise from our deck. Super close to the beach and walkways. Love it.

    Very helpful and informative manager and staff. Spotlessly clean room. Bonus - a screened balcony sitting area off the back of the room overlooking a forest. Perfect for morning coffee. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance, one of the main beach access points a short walk away. Pickup point for shuttle trolly to the center of Ogunquit close by.

    We liked the set up of the room. The extra space was lovely. It didn’t feel cramped at all. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was great and the beach accessories were perfect for folks traveling from out of town. Being able to walk to the beach was ideal.

    The location is perfect a short walk into town also a short walk to the beach at low tide. Plenty of parking and the staff were lovely we arrived a little early and asked if we could park up but as our room was ready they let us check in early which was very kind and welcoming after a long drive. Our room was big and comfortable looking out on to the pool and to the river and ocean. Plenty of handy facilities in the room and a breakfast by the pool in the morning. Perfect place for a peaceful relaxing break.

    The Grand Hotel was lovely, comfortable, clean and very pleasant. Very comfortable beds! Really good coffee in the morning. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Short walk to the Marginal Ocean View way, beach, and Ogunquit center. I was traveling with my mother and we would come back any time.

    The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the beach as advertised. The room was very clean (except for the small window screen in the bathroom). The view was amazing. The setup of the room was perfect for our needs.

    Loved being able to look out our room door & seeing the ocean. Very much enjoyed our walk on the beach. We had a couple of meals at the Splash pub, the food was very good.
