Walt Disney World Swan Reserve features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Orlando.

Great location. Clean. Pool at reserve disappointing, bar area not open at specified times. Staff were lovely or extremely rude. Not customer service skills there at all. Waited an hour for one child’s meal that never came, no apology- so rude. Pillows ridiculously uncomfortable- even when given extra.

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the Universal parks but also offering a very convenient and fun water taxi. The unlimited express passes and early access made for an even better experience. The pool area is fantastic with the added bonus of its own water slide. They even played swim up movies in the evening. Very chilled dining in the Beach club. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the Universal experience. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable place to stay with kids and family. I would definitely stay here again. I went to Daytona 500 with my sister and nephew and we stayed one night here because of the honest and legit reviews on the website. Can't say the same for Daytona Beach Hotels. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Wasnt crazy about the kiosk screen check in but an agent did come to help when they backed up. Also the timeshare solicitation wasnt appealing to us as we live on the beach, but the saleswomen were very polite 2 pools and starbucks was nice, parking was very easy and accesible. No valet hassles or hidden fees

The Place is lovely, It's an apartment hotel, the flat it self is rather big and equipped well. There's a small private beach and the pool is very nice

Great location, close to everything!! Rooms are spacious, with great amenities - full kitchen, etc. Excellent heated pool, only steps away from the room, with couple water slides, beach lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. There are two pools on premises, so not crowded. There is free parking on premises. Staff was very friendly and helpful, check in/out was a breeze!
