Pool at reserve disappointing, bar area not open at specified times.
Staff were lovely or extremely rude. Not customer service skills there at all. Waited an hour for one child’s meal that never came, no apology- so rude.
Pillows ridiculously uncomfortable- even when given extra.

The unlimited express passes and early access made for an even better experience. The pool area is fantastic with the added bonus of its own water slide. They even played swim up movies in the evening. Very chilled dining in the Beach club. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the Universal experience.
