It is on the western coast of the island, so if there is a sunset, you would see it. On our days, it was rainy, but that simply brought a different kind of beauty. The beaches were mostly empty - we had them to ourselves. There are several ways to get to the beach below, and all are an easy, short walk. Yet, the hotel is elevated, so you have a lovely view of the coastline. The room was light and airy, and very clean. There is plenty of storage space, and a nice shower with plenty of pressure. The bed was very comfortable, and there were room darkening curtains. The hotel was full when we were there, but it was still quiet. Breakfast is not included, but we found it to be worth the price. There was a lot of variety in the pastries offered, along with cheese, meat, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. We would recommend this place, and would stay again.

Beautifully appointed apartment, with everything we needed. You enter the apartment via a locked door at the top of a stairwell, straight into a small enclosed terrace, which provides a lot of natural light (note, there are no windows facing the streer). Once in the terrace you are faced by full height glazed sliding doors, kitchen/lounge ahead, bedroom to your right.. Unusual design, but very well executed, we loved it. It is about 25 minutes walking distance from the port, which is no hardship, and about 10 minutes in the car Appartment is located at the end of a small side street, close to a main road, you wouldn't realise that though, it was very quiet. Recommended, we would/will again.
