The accommodation is perfect! It felt immediately like a second home. The view is amazing and Loretta is such a lovely host. We will definitely come back!

Nice and warm (heated) place to stay. Both functional and beautiful layout. Comfortable bed. Good quality bedding, towels etc. Everything super clean. Great deck / garden (despite the rain). Outdoor fire place. Nespresso coffee. Little fridge / freezer for drinks. Great location for exploring Mornington Peninsula (we had a car but you could walk to Coles, local restaurant and beach). We didn't try TV or WiFi.
