Always a pleasure to stay here. Fabulously decorated and exquisitely furbished rooms. Owners always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are always a welcome treat: continental style with a variety of cereal, selection of toast, fresh fruit & yoghurt, orange juice and expresso coffee. A stunningly beautiful house in a great location. A genuine must, if staying in Ipswich.

Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet location at the back of the hotel. Mal at reception was very attentive and helpful in explaining the locked car-park, and she offered useful suggestions for local restaurants. Stylishly decorated, well located very close to Ipswich Hospital and the city centre.

Cheaper than a motel but with a lot more room. Lovely, quiet street with the river at the back. We added an extra child but with no extra cost unlike a motel. Very clean. A range of videos to watch and a bath. Lovely!
