Absolutely wonderful location! Highly recommended. We booked the place very last minute, as a stopover on our way back home from France, and were surprised by the hospitality of Fien and Wouter, the stunning surroundings and the amazing relaxed atmosphere of the place. We stayed with our 2 year old daughter who was also very much welcomed by the owners. Completely and recharged we continued travelling home the next day. We would love to come back one day to stay a bit longer!

She waited for us to arrive way past the check in time, she was super pleasant and helpful in suggestions for experiencing Ghent like a local. You could tell that the owners put a great deal of effort into the details of the hotel. The rooms were cozy and wonderfully decorated and equipped. Breakfast was delicious—fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, müsli. The location was surprisingly quiet considering that the hotel is near the main train station.
