Communication with a host was really good and smooth. She was always ready to help and answer all our questions. Even though room is not that big, it contains everything you need and you do not feel it is cluttered or tiny. A bad is really comfortable. What surprised us a lot was a voucher for a 10eur breakfast in a restaurant nearby. In case of a very bad weather, you can watch Netflix :)

Location, quick and super easy checkin process even though I booked it at midnight, I went straight to the room in less than 5min. All instructions were been provided by Whatsapp in 2min after booking. Amazing self checkin experience 👍 Clean, a small balcony to smoke, special colored lights, Fast Wifi, TV connected to internet… surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommended

Place with great vibes. Easy contact with friendly owners. Kitchen equipment available, as well as garden to have a sit in and free parking. Bed was very comfortable.

The location was amazing, just a 2 minute walk to Ledra street. The room was spacious, with plenty of space to work at the desk and open a large bag fully. The bed was comfy. There were multiple free parking options which was great.

Very good accommodation in the heart of Nicosia. First of all, it's perfectly spotted: in less than a 5-minute walk you can get to Phaneromenis Church, Ledras Street, Ledras Border (to the Northern area), supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The self-check-in is pretty easy, you'll receive instructions before your arrival. It's a small bath-and-bedroom apartment on the second floor (just stairs), very clean and comfortable. The bed is soft and basic furniture is enough for travelers. The Internet is pretty good. The bathroom is well equipped, just had a little fight with the shower, but got hot water at the end (the owner gave me instructions in messages on how to handle it). The price is common for this level of accommodation all over Cyprus (a little bit more than most southern European destinations, but still very affordable). Highly recommend it.

Great property in a great location! Everything was great - wifi, hot showers, comfy bed. The owner and Gul are wonderful and very helpful!
