Location, quick and super easy checkin process even though I booked it at midnight, I went straight to the room in less than 5min. All instructions were been provided by Whatsapp in 2min after booking. Amazing self checkin experience 👍 Clean, a small balcony to smoke, special colored lights, Fast Wifi, TV connected to internet… surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommended

Avli's location is just perfect if you don't want to stay in Nicosia, but rather in a more peaceful location that is almost equally far away from Nicosia, Larnaka and Pano Lefkara. The property is cosy, clean and the courtyard is amazing. The owner, Baret is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying there.

Everything was wonderful. From check in to check out (and beyond as I stayed around to chat with the owner), I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and I loved the balcony to sit outside and watch the streets below. The property is so unique you could spend hours admiring all the touches throughout. I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to see more of it as I was only there for a day but there will be a next time! The location was top notch- a very short walk from the bus terminal, Green Line and the wonderful shops of Ledra Street!

It is in perfect location. You can reach both parts of the town by walking. The room is modern, specious and have large windows. All furnitures (mostly IKEA) are new.
