You get so much for what you pay for - big bedroom, huge living room with flat screen TV, large bathroom - all tastefully designed and impeccably cleaned. Birgitte is a wonderful host - gave us cold iced water after a hot summer day, made the most fantastic homemade breakfast. I have not experienced such high level of service and hygge since my 4.5+ years of living in Denmark.

The hosts were very friendly and also gave us our space. Breakfast was amazing, including home made buns and many options. Well placed in Jelling.

Everything you want to have while visiting Denmark. You get to live near the historical Jelling town, with close access to Legoland by car, and enjoy the lake front view. As it happens, the place has a gourmet restaurant (not too pricey), which is apparently loved by locals in dinner evenings. You should definitely try the pork chop from their menu. The room prices are about as twice as low as in the area of Legoland, includes free breakfast, nevertheless, the place is thoroughly supervised and clean. All the personnel are very friendly, professional and helpful. One should definitely consider renting a car in Billund airport and staying here instead of living near the Legoland.

the room was lovely with some delightful old bits of furniture. The shared kitchen was well stocked. close to Legoland which was our main reason and the Jelling Mounds

Lovely quiet home close to Billund, Jelling, and Vejle. Hosts were very gracious and made several suggestions of local attractions in walking distance. Lovely forest trails all over.
