But what makes the hotel absolutely amazing is the people who are there to literally make your stay in Egypt unforgettable and unbelievable at the same time! And believe me, the wonderful view of the pyramids that the hotel has becomes secondary compared to the entire experience that the staff provided us! Our dear Mostafa, 'Mayo' for close friends, and his entire team were absolutely incredible! To the point where we didn't want to leave! They were amazing, from the reception, through the round-trip airport transportation, to arranging a trustworthy and equally amazing tour guide, 'Saber Huber'. My family and I, a group of nine people, are in love with Egypt and its people because of the individuals who served us in this hotel with so much love and dedication! Oh! And when you go, don't forget to ask for the incredible 'Suggar'!"

The hotel provided an outstanding driver, which took us to various places, offering rapid transportation and peace of mind in terms of security. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to feel like they are visiting family. You will truly feel welcomed. We loved our stay here so much we had to come back a second time! Youssef and Marwan are the most amazing, accommodating, kind and welcoming hosts. Our flight was very delayed resulting in us checking in so late but it was no problem to them, meeting us at the door with friendly smiles, helping us with our bags and bringing water to the room. They made us feel like family for our whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are clean and spacious, delicious breakfast served on the rooftop every morning and the view from the balcony and roof is breathtaking. I cannot recommend this place enough. We really hope to come back some day. Thank you again!

Barátaink mindent fogyasztottak, de a "Fáraó átka" így sem fogott rajtuk :). Az ágyak kényelmesek, a szobák csendesek voltak, viszont a fürdőszobák felújításra szorulnak.
