My family and I, a group of nine people, are in love with Egypt and its people because of the individuals who served us in this hotel with so much love and dedication! Oh! Dr Susan was for us the whole stay and she helped us with choosing our plan. Also she was so kind, she offered to manage local guide or driver for daily trips in Egypt. We loved our stay here so much we had to come back a second time! Youssef and Marwan are the most amazing, accommodating, kind and welcoming hosts. Our flight was very delayed resulting in us checking in so late but it was no problem to them, meeting us at the door with friendly smiles, helping us with our bags and bringing water to the room. They made us feel like family for our whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are clean and spacious, delicious breakfast served on the rooftop every morning and the view from the balcony and roof is breathtaking. I cannot recommend this place enough. We really hope to come back some day. Thank you again!
