It was real luxury! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt amazing. I loved having fresh milk in the room. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was much appreciated. The whole hotel was beautifully furnished and the view from the breakfast room was lovely. The spa was the best I have ever seen. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff were all really friendly, and service was great throughout. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the sheets were so soft. Helped by the amazing blackout curtains that kept the room lovely and dark, one of the best sleeps I've had in a very long time! Lovely and quiet as well.
