Situated opposite a boating lake and 200 metres from Littlehampton Beach, Regency Rooms is an adult-only accommodation offering free WiFi in all rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised with my room as I reserved the standard room and I thought it was going to be very average. The room was a fair size, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. It had coffee making facility, different types of tea and coffee, a jar of cookies, cups and wine glasses. The furniture and decoration made it look like a boutique stile hotel. The property is located in front of a lake, 3 mins walk from the beach, high street 6 mins. I would like to stay in the luxury room next time and give an update.

We enjoyed the peaceful location, the breakfast, and particularly the lovely, friendly staff. They took an interest in our search for a new home in the area, gave us excellent advice, and made our stay very special. We cannot thank them enough.

    Loved The Beach Stop. Beautiful decor, refreshing remodel with nicely appointed appliances, furniture and cozy beds. Location was a block from family home on Upper East Drive, town and beach.     The location is a dream. I lived in Worthing for over 20 years and moved away in 2016. This visit was to see my son for his 40th b/day, visit friends and attend a wake. Finding this relaxing place close to everything I needed was great….although the local cafe was RAMMED for Sunday breaky….which was a blow….so I went into Rustington for a filling meal and another great location on your doorstep.

    Light, airy, quiet, clean accommodation in a quiet street, off street parking nicely appointed property, right next to local amenities, pubs, cafes, takeaways etc. 5 minutes to the beach which was excellent foe walking.
