I loved the room although I keep missing room 8 as it' permanently booked up and it's my favourite, but Room 7 is perfectly fine and lovely too.I liked the breakfasts which were full of choice, high qulaity produce and served by wonderful staff.

The room was truly lovely, featuring a cosy sitting area with a TV for viewing. The bedroom area included another TV, allowing for watching in bed, and a bedside radio that played pleasant music upon our arrival. It was a thoughtful touch to leave it on as a welcome gesture.

Excellent looking property and very accessible for town centre. Parking on site. Lovely room (we had booked a family room). Beds were super comfy. Slept well. Lovely bathroom. Very nice host - we had a chat with him on arrival. Very friendly. We didn't have breakfast but the dining area looked very welcoming. Lovely place. We will be booking again when we visit Falmouth in the Spring.

Location was perfect and easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. Is just off the coastal path. Twin room was a good size, with some nice little extras . Light and airy hotel.

Comfortable and spacious property in a quiet location, with everything we required for our stay. Great location if you are visiting a child staying at the university Campus. Good public transport into Penryn and Falmouth is close by, and ASDA is a short walk away for anything you need.
Bay View is a lovely quaint bed and breakfast with very friendly owners. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Location is close to Penryn town but in a quiet peaceful setting with great views. We were well looked after with loads of local information and a well stocked refreshments bag.
Staff were great, rooms above and behind a friendly pub with decent food. Bus stop into Falmouth very close so handy for travel and having a beer works out cheaper than parking there. Room is quaint and well decorated.
