The views over the lake were exceptional, and the room was good quality.
There were insufficient pillows in the room (only one each). However the housekeeper provided two more very speedily which was great.
The property was spacious and gave a luxurious impression.
The kitchen was well equipped but we were worried about leaving food etc in the fridge as there was no way of securing it.
Locate a 10-minute walk from the shores of Bolsena, rooms at VesConte B&B are elegantly furnished, and some boast exposed-beam ceilings. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

A lovely old villa run by the owners who were charming. The highlight was the breakfast served in an old drawing room full of memoribilia. The host greeted us in the morning by playing his guitar! The villa itself was a very short walk from both the old town and the lake. Would recommend.

Situated at the crossroads to different interesting areas - you easily can reach Orvieto, the Bolsena lake area, Bagnoregio, Sorano, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Chiusi etc from here. There are several supermarkets and petrol stations only 5 minutes away in Aquapendente.
The first floor apartment is really huge, very clean, peaceful and well equipped.
The owners are very friendly and love to chat. Unfortunately, they don´t speak English. We bought some fresh vegetables for a good price from them.

We had a wonderful stay and Podere L’Alfina. Oliva and Stefanie are excellent hosts, we learned about the area and got to great advice on where to eat in Orvieto. We also had a great meal at the Agriturismo. The room is spacious, clean, smell nice. And we liked the design and eye for detail. Well done!👍

The location is very quiet and tranquil and I enjoyed having the suite to myself. The verandah was a delight with a table for dining and sun loungers. I had to force myself to leave the property and explore the area. My host left a box of goodies for breakfast and was very accommodating of my dietary preferences (vegan). She was so kind and welcoming and even gave me a lift to my next destination in the area. I heartily recommend Villa Magnolia for a peaceful, restful, and very comfortable stay. The shower is also amazing!!!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The beautiful location, close to the lake (walking distance), amazing view at every moment of the day. It is a wonderful experience to walk every morning to the lake and see all wild nature. The place is quiet and immersed in nature. The apartment is tiny but big enough for two people and relatively new. The owners are nice people.
This is a lovely little place. The host was wonderful. The room was very nice. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Good television. Good shower. Peaceful and quiet. Close to town. Great place to spend a night if you are walking the VF. You get a voucher for breakfast in a nearby cafe in the morning.
