Loved our stay here. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable and very beautiful, tastefully decorated . The kitchen, outside the outdoor bedroom, is equipped with what is necessary for the preparation of meals. The unit is set in a beautiful garden with pool and swing. We had the company of a cute rabbit and a dog. The owner, Christelle, is very friendly, hospitable and is always available for any situation. On the day of our arrival, we were welcomed with a drink and some typical Mauritian cakes, giving guidance on what we could visit, as well as indication of economic restaurants. Great beach and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything from the start was superb. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast has a variety to choose from. The room was cleaned every day and the property is exceptionally maintained. Here, you are 15 metres away from the beach and restaurants/food stands are around, so you just cannot complain about the location

The apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped and as described. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. You are also very close to buses that you get to the botanical gardens, Port Louis or other parts of the island. Maria and Vishal were very welcoming and would go out of their way to be helpful.

Our stay at La Tonnelle guest house was a truly amazing experience. The owners are wonderful people, who went above and beyond to make us comfortable and who helped us a great amount in planning and executing our excursions (which was not always simple because we were travelling with a young baby), but most importantly they made us feel at home and amongst family. The staff is also wonderful, and very friendly. The guest house area is very pleasant to hang out, and a beautiful beach is very close by. The food is very good, especially the creole-inspired dishes.

I was surprised when i got to the house.the place and the surroundings and the room were very dirty. It isn't worth it to see the place under your name.

It was a lovely place. We enjoyed it so much. The lady was very kind. I asked for a bottle of water and she gave it to me free of charge.
