The owners of the Zandtaart - Margriet and Koos - are going for the extra mile. The breakfast is fabulous. Fresh bread rolls, eggs, cold cuts and daily a surprise. The rooms are clean with their own sink. Plenty of outlets to charge your phone, tablet and laptop all at the same time. Free wifi of course. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. The atmosphere is very nice. We certainly can recommend the Zandtaart.

The hosts are lovely, we received a warm welcome with a home made snack. The room was small but cosy, with everything you need in it. They serve breakfast in the room every day, everything home made and 100% vegan. It was delicious! Coffee and tea was available in the room. The B&B is a couple of minutes away from the beach and the perfect place to stay in Egmond aan Zee.

We rent out two twin rooms and both are adjacent to the shared roof terrace on the first floor. The private external bathrooms are located on the ground floor, as is the shared breakfast room including fully equipped kitchenette to prepare breakfast yourself. The supermarket and bakery are literally around the corner, located at the end of the street (50m).
