Very good instructions how to check in with the app to unlock front door and room doors. Very warm welcome by the hosts. Located in the main street of Roermond, close to the main shopping centres and restaurants. Very clean and stylish rooms. We appreciated the chat with the owner about the location history and recommendations on good and less good restaurants in walking distance.

Super nice breakfast with freshly baked bread, fresh yoghurt, eggs and well presented. The host is super friendly. 5 min from Roermond Outlet. I had forgotten a dress in the room and the host kindly send the dress by post the same day.

They both were very nice and friendly. Our room was very clean and nice. We found everything that we needed in the room, even a half automatic coffee machine. And we had a great breakfast in the morning. Their recommendations about the city were very helpful. Having a indoor garage in the city was priceless. Briefly, it was a great decision to choose that place.

room was spacious; very unusual in Europe; breakfast was simple as others in Europe, but we enjoyed scramble and two sunny-side ups; LOCATION is excellent, close to train station, even in walking distance to downtown and outlet; indeed pleasant stay; Oh, parking. it's we were lucky to find a space just in front of the hotel; DON'T forget taking a short adventure in the secret garden backyard.

There is so much to like about this place, starting with the accommodation. its not a bed in a house its a barn conversion that has been converted into two property's each with its own entrance and private bathroom. The main room is massive with a queen sized bed table and chairs and small kitchen area along with a few other items of furniture. The french doors open up to your own patio with table and chairs. We had a wonderful fresh continental breakfast delivered to us each morning by our host who speaks English so communication was never an issue. Having said that we were given enough privacy to really relax. There is a huge lake just down the road that you can walk round, during our stay it was 30 degrees so we went swimming in this lake to cool us and our dog (also welcome) down.

Pretty nice Staff, talked a lot and received some good informations about roermond. The place is pretty central in the city, about 5min walk to the "Parkeergarage Stationspark" (parking lot 6Eur full day). Free coffee and tea, other drinks for a small/cheap fee.

Henrietta was v friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. it was within walking distance of Roermond and near lots of walks rivers and lakes. It is very close to a friendly bar and restaurant, bakery and supermarket.

Owners are very kind and hospitable. Place is clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable.

It was a stable converted into B&B and the room was very comfortable. Bathroom was big, it had a seating area, dining table and simple kitchen. Owners were delightful, super helpful, very service oriented. The breakfast she prepared us was extremely nice. Our towels were changed daily. Its location was excellent.
