It is in a very quiet village and that is exactly what we were looking for, a place to enjoy a restful weekend but close enough to the town. There was coffee and tea available all day, the room was comfortable, the interior of the house (a remodeled stone house) is incredibly charming and beautiful. It is 9 minutes walk to the castle and 10 minutes to the town of Bragança. WiFi was free and excellent. There is an immaculate kitchen to prepare and cook food. Parking is quite difficult but I managed to find free parking near the castle. I shall definitely stay here again next January on my way to Porto from Santander.
