Location and breakfast were very good. The staff was exceptional! Carla, Felipa and Marta helped us book many excursions and reservations including trains. Having a staff to help us in a first visit to Lisbon was the reason we chose a hotel over an Airbnb. They went above and beyond! Alexander, Renan and Doglio (sp?) entertained and educated us in the hotel bar! Thanks to all!

Rooms are beautifully decorated; the dining, the sitting room, the courtyard, cellar, spa, every space has its own identity and ties in with the theme of the hotel superbly. It was also clean and spotless. Sheets and bedding are soft and comfy. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They have a pianist and violinist playing at breakfast and at different periods throughout the day, it was the most relaxing environment to be in. We wanted to know if there was a laundromat near the hotel, but instead we were offered complementary laundry service instead! Location was great. We are not going to stay anywhere else the next time we're in Lisbon again. Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

The location was perfect - we were on the main street and everything was 5 min from us. The view from the room was amazing - towards the street and you could see the Arc of Rua Augusta and the Castel de Sao Jorge in the distance. The style of the room was interesting - it had vintage elements, combined with contemporary. The breakfast was very delicious and romantic - it was on the roof and there was a view towards the whole city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

El edificio es precioso, una casa señorial antigua. La chica de la recepción es muy agradable pero no habla portugués. La habitación es muy sencilla pero cómoda.

Està al costat de la plaça Rossio, de l'ascensor de Sta Justa i de la via Augusta. L'estació de tren està just al costat. Ens va sortir força bé de preu tenint en compte la localització. Els lavabos eren compartits però n'hi havia 4, o sigui que sempre hi havia algun disponible. El personal atent i agradable, ens van donar més flassades per si teníem fred. Un cop fet el check-out, vam poder deixar les motxilles a recepció mentre aprofitàvem l'últim dia a Lisboa.
