Exelent location in town center. As a family we got complete room for our selfe. Not super cousy but clean.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Beechtree House is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Dublin, 13 km from Phoenix Park. Joan and Pat are the nicest people you can meet - a very-very lovely couple. Their hospitality and warm talks in the kitchen made this holiday one of the best I ever had. The bedroom is nice and cosy, with a great style. The bathroom is new and clean - it is a shared one, but you never had to wait to enter. The breakfast was spectacular, with many options you can choose from. Plus you can meet other guests at the table which is great. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend Beechtree House - better than any hotel you can think of.

The property is set in Tallaght, just a 7-minute walk from The Square Tallaght and 1.9 km from National Basketball Arena. the Staff very friendly breakfast was delicious,room is very clean.

I just want to add weight to all the good reviews that helped me choose this lovely BnB. It is run by three brothers and their hospitality made the stay extra nice and memorable! I immediately felt very comfortable and at home. The place is spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and very tasty breakfast. They take care of every little detail, such as a welcoming chocolate bar in the room. :-) It is close to the airport and the city center is also very easy to reach by bus 27B that takes you to the Liberty Hall. I hope to have the chance to come back again next year!

Just a 10-minute drive from Dublin Airport, Rose Cottage B&B offers free WiFi and free public parking. The host was excellent and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and looked after. The rooms was furnishing was quality and the breakfast was great too.
