The room was very big, super clean, and the bed very comfortable. The shower was glorious. Great location close to the restaurants and to the train station, while still very quiet. The host is a very nice guy that gave us a lot of information regarding the place, the history, the testaurants etc. The apartment was right in front of the water, with a splendid view over the sunset.

A recently renovated property, Casa Esmeralda is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. Esmeralda is best! Super nice person and excellent host, the apartment is spacious and very bright, 5 min to train station Highly recommended!!!

The hostess was the sweetest Italian lady I ever came across. She and her husband and their dog drove me around to the bus stops every time I needed to go to the town(as the location is a bit inconvenient). Also the restaurant near the place is so good with the best food. The BnB is done up so well. My favourite room from all my stays in Italy

The rooms have everything you could need and in perfect conditions. Really clean and tidy. The attention from the hosts was amazing. They left us some cookies and wine and clean everything everyday.
