Room is exceptionally clean, freshly renovated, everything looks brand new. Bed really comfortable. Location is very close to the train station (5 min walk) so perfect for visiting La Cinque Terre. Communication with host is very good. We would definitely like to come back.

The host, who was incredibly supportive, helpful, and quick to respond, made my stay truly memorable. Not only was she efficient in addressing any queries or concerns, but her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the whole experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. It is an apartment that they reformed to have 3 hotel rooms. The rooms have everything you could need and in perfect conditions. Really clean and tidy. The attention from the hosts was amazing. They left us some cookies and wine and clean everything everyday.
