He took the time to show me where to park my car in the complex old city streets, actually accompanying me and then walking me back to his immaculate place. He was charming, knowledgeable and made the whole stay perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough, and at the price, the best lodging experience in my entire travel in Portugal.

The room was wonderful - like stepping back in time, with a few modern conveniences. It was my first time sleeping in a loft, which made the whole experience even better. The location was excellent - right on the main square, and easy to find.

The owner of the Casa Luar was fantastic! He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. He kept an eye on my car parked across the street from the Casa Luar while we hiked 4 days northbound on the area’s Fisherman’s Path. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh baked bread, excellent coffee, fresh juice, pastries! Very tasty, very convenient and taken together with the room, excellent value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for our purposes and we were able to feel comfortable about parking our car there while we hiked. As soon as we came back 4 days later to retrieve our car, the owner immediately came out and chatted with us!

The staff were amazing. This was our relax time from a busy travelling schedule and it was so nice to just stop. We spent some time visiting areas as suggested and had two fabulous dinners cooked at the venue. Were also able to do a wine tasting by the pool and then toured the vineyard and cork tree farm by ourselves.

Lovely, leafy neighbourhood and a great place to stay! The owners were very caring, giving us a wonderful overview of the city's history, and served us some homemade delicacies for breakfast. We will certainly come here again!

Alojamentos Vitinho - Vila Nova Milfontes er staðsett í Vila Nova de Milfontes, 800 metra frá miðbænum, og býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og flatskjá í hverju einkaherbergi. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Love the room just wish we had more chance to use the patio (couldn’t this time because of the weather). Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Casa Az-Zagal er nýlega enduruppgert gistihús í Casa Branca, 25 km frá styttunni af Queen Saint Elizabeth. Boðið er upp á árstíðabundna útisundlaug og sundlaugarútsýni. First of all the staff was extremely kind and polite, they do the atmost to let you feel welcome. Everyone with a smile! The Hotel is beautifully furnished, very stylish. Everything is spotless clean and well taken care of. We can recommend the Hotel to everyone who is searching for great time off in the Alentejo.

SOLAR DOS FRADES er nýlega enduruppgert gistihús í Ferreira do Alentejo, í sögulegri byggingu, 48 km frá Flórsafninu. Það býður upp á útisundlaug, heilsulind og vellíðunaraðstöðu. Was very positively impressed with Solar dos Frades. The room was wonderful modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Inês the host was extremely helpful and available at any time, other staff also very nice. The outside pool and jacuzzi space is amazing, just sorry I hadnt more time to stay.
