This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

Extremely cozy place. The owner were really friendly and helpful. They contacted us before the arrival to make sure we have everything we need for our trip. Rooms a really quiet and the bed confortables . The hotel is well located, only few minutes away from the center. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of homemade products

Quinta do Fojo Valonguinho, Barrô tiene vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Está en Barrô, a 16 km de Santuario de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios. Excelente lugar. Bien ubicado e increíble vista. Fernanda es una excelente anfitriona.

Great place to stay when visiting the Douro Valley. Well located at the beginning of a great drive into the valley. Casa 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro is brand new and the facilities are excellent. Also the hosts were very nice and most helpful. I have no hesitation recommending Casa 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro for your stay when visiting the Douro Valley. Also they have parking right next door within the building which is most helpful.

Zimão Garden House, que está a 31 km de Campo de Golf Vidago Palace y a 43 km de Museo do Douro, ofrece habitaciones en Vila Real. We can highly recommend this accommodation. The house is located in Zimao, an old town of traditional stone houses located at the hillside with views over the valley. The host Eva was very friendly and gave us good recommendations what to see and to do in the area, like waterfalls, lakes and the beautiful countryside. I think the location is ideal for hiking and biking. The house and rooms were very clean and well equipped. The house is an old town house but very nicely renovated with fine decorations and the attention to details. There is a big and fully equipped kitchen to be used by all of the only 3 rooms as well as a balcony with a beautiful view at sunset over the valley. We stayed in the studio that is spacious as well as its bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We had a great time there and enjoyed our stay.
