This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

The host Fernanda was extremely accommodating. The most genuine and unpretentious reception we could have wished for. Meals prepared in-situ were outstanding. Views were absolutely gorgeous.

The lodge we were in, was beautiful. The room was spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. The view was incredible as well. We appreciated the pool a lot. Plus, the breakfast was great as well. I 100% recommend it.
