Cute little guest house close to the historic centre and with everything you need for a couple nights (or more) stay. Room and bathroom were spotless clean, comfy mattresses, a shared equipped kitchen and common room. Thanks to an oven in the living room and AC in the bedroom it was even during cold winter days and nights pleasently warm. And thank you to Marcela - the extremely welcoming and friendly owner!

The lodging is in the ground floor of a carefully modernized and upgraded house in the center of Gouveia. The host was completely fluent in English and Portuguese, and answered lots of questions about the town and surrounding area. The room was large and quiet, with a large spotless bath. Breakfast was a nice selection of fresh foods.

With Parque Natural Serra da Estrela reachable in 24 km, Terrace Serra Hotel features accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a bar and a shared lounge. Complimentary WiFi is available. A great stay, you would not believe how good can a night stay be. Newly furnished room very clean and spacious. The staff were very polite and helpful, and finally, a delicious breakfast served with a good atmosphere.

Featuring a terrace, Casa Mariolas offers rooms in Manteigas, 3500 metres from Manteigas Hot Springs and 9.3 km from SkiPark Manteigas. This guest house offers a shared lounge. The property had a beautiful backyard where my sister spent her day. The rest of us spent the day going on a hike/walk. The hiking trail was very quiet. Daniela is a wonderful hostess. She gave us suggestions for hikes, meals and places to visit on our way back to Coimbra. The breakfast was very good.

Quinta do Quinto features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Porto da Carne. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Gorgeous property with a pool overlooking an open landscape. Great game room for kids, including a pool table, ping pong, foosball table, and free video game machine (Street Fighter and more). Fantastic breakfast spread and wonderfully nice staff.
