I have been a gold club member for years with Best Western and I could not believe that I had to do that. The girl at the front desk told me that it was walking distance, but she saw me in a walker, but it was much further than that. I had to walk back to my car get in my car and drive over to my hotel room. There was no care or concern about would have been for me to walk the entire way. This is our first visit to a Best Western property, and I was impressed with the comfort of the beds, mini kitchen space, and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and especially gave us some good tips where our family of 3 generations could go out for dinner.
