Gorgeous setting and decor of rooms and hotel are lovely. Watching boats go past from the patio area was a great way to spend an afternoon. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious .

The place was absolutely amazing and the trip over in the boat was class the fact it was just a whole island on it own we will definitely be back the staff couldn't do enough for us 😀 👍, just wish we could of stayed longer as there was a wedding the next day but will book eirlar next time thanks so much the beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean the shower was huge x

The views were breathtaking it was so peaceful surrounded by the sounds of nature. Our host was fantastic, her kids too..they brought my kids on a quad ride and out on the lake in paddle boats. We met a baby chic and fed the ducks on the lake..

Beautiful location. The boat was amazing. 3 double bedrooms and all very comfortable. Facilities on boat brilliant, cooker, fridge freezer, shower and 2 toilets. Fully stocked with cooking utensils. The host James very informative and friendly. The boat was stocked with milk, coffee, teabags bread and different condiments. Dog friendly. Found a taxi firm who also took the dog(Route taxis). Dog friendly restaurant in Ballymoney, The Holestone. Food delicious. I will definitely be booking again for longer.

It was clean, modern and had all the facilities we needed. We were even provided extras like milk, bread eggs etc. as well as life jackets for the paddle boats!

Perfect location for a relaxing stay, away from all the busy areas,lovely and peaceful. Staff very accommodating arrived early and we were allowed to check in to get some rest after a long boat journey!

Location was great - we had booked a boat tour so it was really convenient to the docking area.

beautiful little chalet in a lake was perfect! my kids loved the paddle boat and fishing, and the wood for fire left and bbq where fab.

Everything about this hotel exudes quality. The staff are welcoming on arrival, service in the restaurant is very good. The room 302 (described as the best in the hotel) was breathtakingly beautiful. It was serenely quiet, watching kids jump from the tiny jetty into a sheltered mini harbour. No yachts here, just a handful of fishing boats. Every would be hotelier should come here to see how it should be done! This is an exemplar of a hotel, a hidden gem, which we wouldn’t have found but for Booking.com. Wonderful!

Had booked Manor House boating for the day and chose to stay at Little Lodge for the convient location, only a 10 minute drive away. Pleasantly surprised. Great hosts.
