The boat is in a lovely, quiet location. But not far from the centre. The host Ruud is a wonderful, helpful and kind person. Inside the boat was excellent, everything was modern. looked new. Everything was clean. I loved this place and when I visit Amsterdam again I will definitely be staying here.

This houseboat may have the best location in Amsterdam for travelers, being across the canal from the Ann Frank House and many other cental areas of interest, including the Jordaan. It's very well appointed, the hosts were very communicative and attentive, and we loved our stay (only wish it was longer!). It was quite chilly weather while we were there, and the heat system was amazing at keeping us warm and comfortable. It's a good size for up to four people. Highly recommend!

The spot exceeded my Father and I's expectations. Beautifully docked with stunning views of the canal, the cute ducks, and the Amsterdam skyline, it was truly a delight to sit outside on the dock and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine! The dry sauna was an extra bonus - the host was kind enough to bring us some wood so that we can get it started! Beds were comfortable, small - but fine considering the size of the unit. Washroom was adequately equipped with soap.

The essential facilities were good and clean (fridge, private shower and toilet). The price was affordable considering the city center prices, and the transport (Sprinter and regional trains) was just 10 minutes away. We used an Amsterdam + Region transport card for 3 days that was useful and allowed us discovering the surrounding castles/fortress, the city center and more villages at the West and North. We're grateful for the tea bags, coffee, fruits and wine offered by the hosts!

Between the location, the accommodations and the amazing host it will be tough to find a better place. You get an amazing view of downtown across the river, it’s a quiet, nice neighborhood, ferry rides are short and frequent (every 5 min) into downtown and Reinhart was a delight to have as a host. Despite sharing the space you feel very welcome and have a good amount of privacy, it was an absolute pleasure to stay with him and would 100% choose to do it again on my next trip!
