Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, Aangenaam op de Rijn, woonboot, inclusief privé sauna is situated in Alphen aan den Rijn. Peaceful pastoral atmosphere, great facilities and very nice hosts - what else do you need for a perfect stay?! Enjoyed every minute of it. Great location for those travelling by car. No private parking, but enough parking space at the street. Fantastic sauna. And the house itself on the water - absolutely great impression. Hope to be back some day!

A perfect host who gave us a great welcome, showing us the features of our accommodation and answering our questions fully. We really enjoyed staying in the traditional "owner's" quarters which are a generous size, beautiful polished timber throughout and excellently furnished. Of course the bathroom is what you expect on a boat - a bit tricky to get into ... The location is excellent - in the very centre of Rotterdam and so many sights and eateries within walking distance.

The location was perfect and close to all the sights. It was clean and comfortable and they thought of all the details. The robes were a nice touch for after the hot tub and the Nespresso with milk frother was a nice treat!

It was so fun staying on a ship! I was impressed by how many people could stay there (12 people, but 2 bathroom). It encourages to spend time with the people you're traveling with.
