Location and breakfast were very good. The staff was exceptional! Carla, Felipa and Marta helped us book many excursions and reservations including trains. Having a staff to help us in a first visit to Lisbon was the reason we chose a hotel over an Airbnb. They went above and beyond! Alexander, Renan and Doglio (sp?) entertained and educated us in the hotel bar! Thanks to all!

The information how to get there and all information about checking in and checking out were very clear. First time I received even films how to open all doors using codes. 10 minutes to the metro. Pet friendly and not just small dogs. A great welcome from Bia who handled our check in professionally explaining the routine for the refundable deposit etc. The boat itself was comfortable and with just enough room to hold everything that you need to live comfortably. Breakfast well what can I say delivered to the boat by Joana was a basket filled with goodies. Ham and cheese, croissants, fresh bread, jam and more coffee capsules. Perfect

Està prop del metro i de la parada de bus. També és fàcil d'arribar de l'aeroport en metro. I té molts supermercats aprop, a nosaltres ens va agradar el dolce pingo perquè té sopes i menjar preparat molt bo. Ens encantaria tornar.
