Although I never met any staff, the person who texted me seemed very organized and attentive. The SB house is located in a very nice neighborhood, it felt very safe to walk around even at night. The nearest subway station is 5 min walk and it's only 3 stops away from Suwon station where there are trains going to Seoul and Busan. There are restaurants and convenience stores within 3 minutes walk. I stayed in a single room and it was just like in the photos. The room has a big window with lots of sunlight coming in, it also has double glass so it blocks any noise coming from the street. The room, bed, bathroom were very clean. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Motif No.1 Guest House is a beautiful property with large windows that let much natural light in. It located in Paju Heyri Art Village, about 2 km from the Odusan Unification Observatory, where views of North Korea can be enjoyed. The guesthouse provides free Wi-Fi throughout the property. - Nari, the host, was super accommodating. She even fetched me because I had trouble finding my way. The ambience was super- it was peaceful and warm, perfect for those who want to be surrounded by books, and those who are looking for a quiet stay, - It's located within the Heyri Art Village, so it's within walking distance of various cafes, restaurants, shops, and a convenience store. Many are book-centred as Paju is a book city. I didn't have to go out of the village at all, I simply walked around and explored to find the best spots like the Music Space Camerata. - Will definitely come back!

Good selection of fresh fruits and other foods. Overall acceptable.
