Our room was really large, and interestingly designed, with a curved headboard for the king sized bed. The staff were super friendly. I used the spa for two hours: one hour in the hammam and one in the sauna. Both had its separate plunge pool and sitting area with exotic decor. While not really in the city center, the hotel is within walking distance.

Location and value. The first night we stayed in a room without a view but we asked to be moved to a room with a view for the next 3 nights. We were moved to a room where we can see the republic square.

I arrived at Yerevan at around 2 pm. Checked in successfully. The room was very clean. The beds were soft and cozy. Elina was really welcoming and friendly! Saved me super yummy breakfast even I passed breakfast time.
