Beautiful calm room with plenty of space, clean towels soft pillows, clean bathroom and fresh milk, yogurt and tea and coffee. Lovely warm welcome from the staff and lovely being able to have a drink in the pub downstairs as it was a warm sunny day when I arrived. Can’t find any faults with the place and would definitely stay again.

Amazing helpful friendly staff. Loved the parking. The food in the pub. Breakfast was delicious. Biscuits in the room. Water and beer in minibar (why only beer on first night though we paid the same for both nights!) help yourself to more water and milk in reception. Quick route into the city. Will def stay again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable & nicely renovated.
The shower had really good pressure & was always hot. Great to have a fully functioning kitchen too. The location was really good with 2 tube stations a short walk away plus buses 2 mins away. 3 supermarkets close by too. The property is very well maintained also.

Great budget hotel.clean and feel good. Simple with no extra facilities but it was exactly what I needed.cheap, clean and in a nice safe well connected area.
The location of the hotel is ideal for both exploring Richmond and access to the train/tube station to travel into central London. The hotel was very clean and the room although bioux (had a cabin room) it was very comfortable with excellent soundproofing.
The room was very spacious with a good bathroom (tub and shower). Everything was spotless, clean and comfy bed, clean towels everyday. Tea and coffee station were replenished daily. The location is ideal for the station, richmond centre and bus stops. Smooth check in and check out. Weather was hot during our stay but there was a fan in the room. Really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend.
