The room was a normal-sized hotel room, but in NYC that is very large!
The service was the friendliest I've ever experienced, anywhere. They are very professional. On point.
Bed and pillows were great. All the nice-to-haves were there (soap, shampoo, conditioner, but also an umbrella and other things).
Location is amazing. Turn a corner - Union Station. Turn another and you can see the Chrysler Building. Times Square is right there. Stouts next door is great. The street vendors, when available, have excellent bagels for cheap prices.
