We had a mixed experience at this location. On the positive side, the customer service and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit—very knowledgeable and pleasant overall. The location itself is excellent, with included parking, clean facilities, and a spacious, accessible room. The pool was also a nice bonus: clean and well-maintained, with towels provided.

Located in Hyannis, a 7-minute walk from Bay View Beach, HI Hyannis Hostel has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

Loved how attentive the staff is, and how clean the facilities were. I was not expecting much and just looking for a place to stay for a few days as a solo traveler, and they went above and beyond expectations. Staff was also friendly, and the living room felt comfortable even when accommodating a lot of people. There was also a desk down a hallway so you had a bit more privacy if you needed to work or take phone calls. I wasn't worried about leaving my bag on my bed while I went out, or anything like that, the place was secure and bright. The wifi was superb and there were lots of places to sit outside. I came with a car, and they were really accommodating for parking and helped me even when their lot was *full* they showed me some areas where there was additional space (because they cant help that the lot is small, but I could still park). I wasnt even looking to meet people, just there to do my remote work and spend a few nights on my way through, but still had some really good conversations.

Centrally located on Main Street in Hyannis city center, this hotel is a short walk from the scenic waterfront of Cape Cod. Stop by for a pleasant and memorable stay.

The room was clean and the bed had FOUR pillows was very comfortable. The Inn owner was very prompt in providing service. You had to call him if you needed anything and he came down to the office right away. My best friend and I checked in very late at night. We were tired and the Inn owner didn't keep us waiting.

Overlooking Hyannis harbor, this Cape Cod motel is 1 mile from Kalmus Park Beach and features a daily breakfast. The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum is a 7-minute walk away.

The room had a small kitchen with dishes, sink, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. We don't watch TV but the room had one and it also had blackout drapes which worked well. Also, Raj, the man at the office was very nice and gave us some great suggestions.

I recently stayed in the Portside Taverns' deluxe queen studio. I just bought 2 E-bikes and was told there was a secure location to store them behind a gated privacy fence. Communication from the host was very good when I expressed concern about security. This was my biggest factor when deciding where to stay along with peace and quiet. When my wife and I arrived, we toured the 2nd/3rd floor studio and initially were very happy. It looked recently renovated with the fresh paint and flooring. We found complimentary snacks, wine, and a couple of beers. The cookware looked new and there was a full-size gas stove with oven. However, there was virtually no counter space to prepare meals on. There was no dishwasher, dish drainer or a place to put clean dishes while you washed them. One of the bulbs under the microwave was burned out and little light was showing while cooking. A K-cup coffee maker and complimentary Dunkin’ Donuts coffee was provided but none where decaf which is what we only drink. We brought our own decaf coffee but the coffee pot on the drip-coffee maker was missing. We had to either go without or buy locally. The bathroom was fresh and clean. There were more towels than we would use in a month but only 3 washcloths. There were no towel bars in the bathroom, just 2 hooks for everything. The tiny bath soap ran out after 2 showers and there weren’t any extras.

Freebird Motor Lodge is a new, boutique hotel in the heart of Cape Cod, MA.

This hotel is absolutely adorable. The retro decor of the hotel is fun and colorful. From the lobby, to the pool, to the rooms this place is on point. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean.

    The Inn was very clean and comfortable. The location is great. Lots of parking spaces. Did not use the pool but had both indoor and outdoor pools. Staff were lovely and friendly. Despite some other shortcomings, the friendly staff and cleanliness of the room was most important.

    Very clean and a nice hostel. We stayed in one of the rooms for two people with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was cleaned daily. The room was on the small side but still comfortable and great to have the option for a bit more privacy. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the guy who checked us in. Overall it was a great stay (much better than many low budget hotels). If we're ever in Hyannis again we'd probably stay in the same place.

    Very central location. Very clean apartment. Great facilities - fridge, microwave, stove etc. Before my arrival I asked the host to provide extra towels and bed linen as I was staying for 2.5 weeks - I was provided with more than enough. The host got in touch when I arrived and asked if I needed anything and if I needed anything during my stay to get in touch. I didn't have the need for anything and was not disturbed for my stay - it was great!

    The Hotel far exceeded expectations. We picked it for the location but the hotel definitely gives 4/5 * vibes! Spacious room and bathroom with lots of little extras and spotlessly clean. Liam at front desk was so helpful. I'd definitely recommend this Hotel.

    Comfortable bed with all you need for a great stay, very clean. Lovely to have our private balcony for the evening sun and a shared one for the morning sun. Excellent location a short walk from the ferries and harbour. Super generous breakfast which is included and nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.( we were too early in the year for the outdoor one) The BEST part though was the warm, friendly and informative welcome with a coffee too! A great stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

    Very nice room for a modest inn. It was well-appointed and clean. Liked the large television and convenience of a refrigerator and microwave. Bedding was very clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless and the shower had good water pressure. Seating area was nice. Parking was fine. Great location-we walked to the harbor, downtown and beach.
