A short but great stay at this place. It was clean and the beds were comfortable which was necessary after our long drive. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We booked this place twice during our journey to and back on the same route. The staff is very friendly.

We loved the welcoming, laid-back feel of this historical place. Our group of four had a room with four beds and our own bathroom across the hallway. Everything was clean and well-managed. There were snacks available at all times and all you would need for a healthy breakfast. We enjoyed the camaraderie of others staying at the place, mostly cyclists, and the hosts are delightful as well as providing information on the area. They were happy to store our luggage as we headed away to Cumberland to cycle back to the hotel. We stayed there again after our bike trip along the GAP.
