Unlike the Hotel Hare Uta in Rapa Nui claiming to be a five star, this is a five star hotel. Wonderful spa offering various treatments with manicures and pedicures, proper king bed, loads of towels, bath & shower, coffee & tea facilities in room along with outstanding selection of fruit and variety at breakfast - and delicious cappuccinos. Enjoyed my 4 night stay.

The hostel is very nice and well decorated. The staff is very welcoming and friendly as well as Lechuga, the baby cat! Our room was huge, the shared bathroom was always cleaned and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook.

We very much appreciated the fact that there was a washing machine in the apartment. The 8th floor was quiet, with balcony and a great view of the city. Lots of cupboards for storing clothes and luggage. Building was very clean and felt secure. Loved the fact we were right in the main walking plaza and close to everything.
