The beaches were mostly empty - we had them to ourselves. There are several ways to get to the beach below, and all are an easy, short walk. Yet, the hotel is elevated, so you have a lovely view of the coastline. The room was light and airy, and very clean. There is plenty of storage space, and a nice shower with plenty of pressure. The bed was very comfortable, and there were room darkening curtains. The hotel was full when we were there, but it was still quiet. Breakfast is not included, but we found it to be worth the price. There was a lot of variety in the pastries offered, along with cheese, meat, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. We would recommend this place, and would stay again.

Big, clean and well maintained pool and garden. Modern well appointed room. Nice, large, well equipped kitchen/diner shared with the 2 other rooms, always spotlessly maintained by the host. Highly recommended.

This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The aparthotel features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Perfect little place to visit La Cotiniere and the surrounding towns. Parking right on site. We had our own space on the second level with Bedroom, living room, dining room, and a cute little terrace that the weather sadly didn't cooperate to let us use. Coffee and confiture, among other staples, were thoughtfully provided and all appliances worked well. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you need to be self-sufficient during your stay. It was also nice to be able to wash our clothes mid-trip while we stayed here. Our host was lovely and provided lots of information and suggestions. We will definitely stay here again.

Offering a casino and garden view, Tout prêt, tout près du fort is situated in Saint-Georges-dʼOléron, less than 1 km from Plage de Boyardville and 2.8 km from Fort Boyard. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The property offers bike hire and features a garden and picnic area. Philippe & Myriam were lovely and very helpful in suggesting restaurants things to do etc. The room was very clean and the ceiling fan was amazingly quiet and very welcome. The b&b was in a great location, so close to everything but away from the noise and bustle of Boyardville yet only 10 mins (by car) from St Pierre. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Île d'Oléron
