Also, the staff were very hospitable and helpful.

They are also very friendly which is appreciated as a solo traveller. Restaurant options were excellent and very reasonable if you are staring there.

Pristine clean, host are the kindest people, the place looks just renovated and tastefully decorated. The kitchenette with fridge and microwave is very handy. It was very nice to have a small jar of milk for the morning coffee in the fridge (also tea, coffee, cookies and clean dishes). The shower is perfect, bed is comfy and the area is quiet (since the area is very rural).

The property is non-smoking and is located 40 km from Newquay Train Station. the yogurt, granola and berries were the best.... delicious coffee.... I thought the mugs were too big and heavy..... but it was all wonderful...
