The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Oxford Street and public transport. The room is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but was exactly what we wanted, you can pay extra for a hot breakfast. Perfect hotel hope to come back again. The stairs to the room are steep, it didn't bother us, but those who have difficulty with stairs should take this into account.
