The whole family agreeid that this appartament was the best one between the places that we stayed while visiting Italy. It's spacious, luxurious, and clean! Bedsheets and pillows need seperate mention, cause they were the ones that a person would wish to have at there own home. Kitchen is soo cool, with delicious coffee, and water that is included. Location is very close to sightseeing, and also quiet. Staff is very helpfull, and polite, and full of smiles. Although it was raining in florence non stop, our appartament made our stay still cozy and homy Thank you!

Located a nice walk away from the bustling centre of Florence, among the embassy buildings/millitary buildings with a patrol - you can not feel any more safer than this! The hotel itself is located on the fourth floor together with its reception, we loved the style and cosiness the interior provided. We got a room with a marvelous view of the river and landscape. A nice touch of having both memory foam and usual pillows, the bed linen impeccably clean. The staff provided excellent service, hosts are lovely and waiting/cleaning staff friendly and discreet. We enjoyed having breakfast in the living space/lobby, feeling cosy and comfortable on the sofas. The feeling of comfort also provided due to how new the hotel is, and all the fabrics and furniture are crispy clean and not worn out. We definitely will be coming to this hotel should we ever come back to Florence
