For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
Brand new hotel, nicely furnished, situated right on the beach, wonderful ocean views from the room and balcony, excellent pool area with sunbeds and a bar, facing towards the ocean. The only downside is the bathroom layout - the toilet is literaly inside the bedroom, separated only by a sliding glass screen which doesn't stay shut anyway. Highly unpleasant, even for a couple.
In the suite S3 - which is on the first floor and has windows opened to the street - one can feel more a less comfortable. The apartments is spacious and clean. When you close all the windows and shutters it is quiet. The kitchen is properly equipped.
It’s a cool funky colourful apartment you feel at home straight away.. Close to everything including La Caleta ,The Mercado..In La Vina in your neighbourhood. The windows are double glazed with shutters though so you cannot hear any noise when they are closed the balcony is very cute.Everything you might need to cook etc is supplied
Nuria was kind helping me to book a taxi for my departure which was very helpful as I cannot speak Spanish!..There is a good local music scene one place I recommend for live music is El tinte the Super Bar ..
Very stylish decoration, great walk in shower, good location. Very quiet apart from a communal door that banged when shut. Very clean. Fantastic roof terrace with views of the city. Exactly as the photos.
Good information was sent prior to our arrival. Fab location. Lovely terrace to have meals outside. Despite being so central there was not too much noise (and very little from other people in the block). A few nice touches in the kitchen e.g. coffee and it felt like the owners cared about making us feel welcome. Although it is a small studio flat it was reasonably well designed and having a separate kitchen meant we could shut the fridge noise away behind a door.
Location was ideal for seeing around the old town. Lovely small pool on roof added bonus. Beautiful apartment only issue directly opposite cultural office so as bedroom at front had to keep shutters closed. Not a problem.
The hotel staff are fantastic!! Super friendly and super helpful!! The room are we had, was spacious with beautiful beams and wooden shutters. The bar on the top floor has a stunning 360 view of Cadiz. The only question we had, was, why is this hotel only 2 star? Is it because they don't do food? Why would they, when breakfast, lunch and dinner are only a short walk away? We will be recommending this hotel to family and friends visiting Cadiz and we can't wait to go again!!
